During an unprecedented global healthcare crisis, the City of Chicago and Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) needed to move Chicago residents from awareness to action, with an ambitious goal of 77% of its residents receiving at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the end of the year.
ACTION
Architected the influencer strategy, directing a connected community approach that brought together trusted voices to create open dialogue about the COVID-19 vaccine.
Partnered with local businesses, working with trusted spaces including barbershops and nail salons, to engage priority, high-risk multicultural communities.
Connected a collective of culture, community, and medical leaders to drive conversations, and produce content to counter misinformation.
